I tried using one of their discount offers at checkout, but it just wouldn’t apply and there wasn’t any clear explanation why. I also expected a faster response when trying to sort it out, which made the whole thing even more annoying. It felt a bit misleading, and I’m not sure I’d trust their deals again.

I just expected the box to show up in decent shape, but it arrived crushed and messy. It feels like a basic thing to get right, so it was frustrating to see that ignored.

"Exchange turned into a hassle"
I tried to exchange an item it was way more stressful than it needed to be. The replies took forever, and every time I finally heard back, it felt like I was being passed to someone else with no clear answer on what I was supposed to do next.
I ended up feeling like I had to chase them the whole time, which really made me lose trust in the company. An exchange should be simple, not this annoying. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I placed an order and then couldn’t get a proper certificate or even an invoice, which was frustrating. I kept waiting for support to get back to me and then, well, the slow replies just made the whole thing feel a bit dodgy. Not really the kind of experience that gives you much confidence

"Looks alright, but I’d be a little cautious"
The site seems okay at first glance, and I didn’t spot anything that really set off alarm bells. That said, there isn’t a ton of clear trust info or many reviews to go off, so I’d still be a bit careful. I’d probably try a small order first, but I wouldn’t spend a lot on my first purchase.

I ordered from outside the UK the shipping was frustrating. The tracking barely changed for weeks, and I kept having to check it myself because there weren’t many updates from the company. For what I paid, I expected at least a bit more communication.
When the order finally showed up, it was much later than expected, and the customs info wasn’t clear either. I know international delivery can be slow, but this felt unnecessarily stressful, especially when extra costs and delays are involved. I don’t think I’d order again unless the shipping was cheaper or much better explained upfront.

"First impression wasn’t great"
My first impression when the jewellery arrived was a bit underwhelming. It looked okay, but not quite as nice as it did in the photos, so I felt a little disappointed right away. The delivery also took longer than I expected, which didn’t really help. It’s not awful or anything, but based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t order again unless a few things improved

"Frustrating to browse and not very smooth"
I tried using Pegasus Jewellery and got fed up quickly. The site felt clunky, and it took way too many clicks just to find basic details about items. On my phone it wasn’t much better either, kind of slow and awkward to move around. I didn’t even get far enough to place an order or receive any confirmation email or receipt because I gave up before checkout. It really needs some work to make shopping easier.

"Felt like nobody was really there"
I ordered a necklace and then kind of just sat there waiting with no clear updates for days. When I emailed, the replies came really late and didn’t feel very helpful, almost like there wasn’t an actual person handling it. In the end I cancelled the order because the whole thing felt messy and more stressful than it was worth.

"Warranty support felt completely copy-pasted"
I reached out for help with my warranty and it felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. The replies seemed like copy-paste responses that didn’t answer my questions at all. I kept explaining the issue, but they just kept sending generic info instead of actually helping. Really frustrating experience

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I just wanted to return my order, nothing complicated, or at least I didn’t think it would be. But somehow it turned into this whole annoying thing, and I was kind of like... why is this so difficult?
The instructions weren’t super clear, so I kept having to reach out and wait for answers. Then more waiting, more back and forth, and it just felt like the process was not set up to be easy at all.
Maybe someone else would have a smoother time, I don’t know. But for me it was stressful and dragged on way longer than it should have, so yeah, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I reached out about a custom order thinking it would be straightforward, and at first I wasn’t too worried. But the support didn’t really help much at all. They barely answered my questions, which was frustrating, though I guess the product itself might still be okay. Just not a great experience if you need actual guidance.

I had a question about my order, and the response I got felt rushed. It seemed like they just wanted to get me out of the way, I didn’t feel like they actually tried to help.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I left more confused than when I first asked. For a jewellery shop, I was expecting a bit more care

"Not exactly the sparkling gem I was expecting"
I was really looking forward to this gemstone, but when it arrived, it looked a lot duller than I expected. The color was flat and cloudy, nothing like the shiny photos online, but I guess lighting can do a lot of heavy lifting. For the price, I thought it would feel a bit more special. Disappointed with the quality overall.

"Probably wouldn’t order again"
I mean, it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, so I’ll give them that. But overall, the experience just didn’t feel worth it to me. The jewelry was okay, I guess, but not enough to make me want to come back. Next time I’d probably try a different jeweller.
